"i got a name"

for some reason, i thought i already had jim croche in my music library. so, either it didn't transfer with the rest of my songs from itunes or it's under a different itune name. when jim croche died in a plane crash, i remember what my thought was: we are gonna miss some great music that would have come from this man.

a few months i got an email about moby's new cd 'destroyed' with a link to download 4 of his new songs for free. i have added them and they are:

i just added a song i really like by lenny kravitz called "superlove" to the shuffle in my playlist.

i saw this picture over at tumblr and thought, wow! and, then, the thought came to mind, make a mixed tape and use this picture. at first i was gonna use it as my radio icon but already made one, plus this looks better as a cd cover.

mf-m radio

what is mf-m.com?

mf-m.com is my online radio where i play all of my songs in my ipod (on shuffle). this is also a site where you will be updated about the songs i add to my playlist that will air on the online radio, and maybe a little history about some of them. (yes, i'm typing without proper punctuation but it's only for design) and as a cautionary note: if you tune into the radio and hear nothing, either there is a song about to begin or i am working on my server. this radio station is just an alternative to when you get bored with your music (it happens) or you want to hear what others have in their playlists. thanks for listening.

playlist

my playlist has about 2,400 songs, including live concerts from sade, justin timberlake and eryka badu. i will be adding more live stuff because i think some artists are really good live, although my favorite is studio. when tuning in expect to hear an array of music from barbara streisand, to the xx, to tisha campbell, to the black keys, to bilal, etc...the reason of the order is because i have everything on shuffle. hopefully this won't be too shocking to your system.

why share my playlist? 
it's just something i enjoy doing.
